Industrial Mechanic m/f

During your training, you will learn how to assemble, modify and start-up production equipment. You will also learn how to carry out repair and maintenance to ensure smooth operation of all machinery we supply

Furthermore you will learn how to:

• Process materials manually and mechanically
• Assemble component groups to construct machines and production lines
• Install and service technical systems
• Carry out repairs and maintenance
• Ensure and improve the operational readiness of machinery
• Comply with occupational health and safety and environmental regulations.

Duration of apprenticeship: 3 1/2 years

Process Engineer (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Setup and commissioning of turnkey extrusion systems in our production facility and at our customers' sites worldwide.
• Conducting trials in our technical center to determine the feasibility of products and processes.
• Development of innovative, customer-specific extrusion systems.
• Actively working on the continuous optimization of our products and processes.
• Providing process engineering advice and training to customers.
• Participation in trade fairs at home and abroad.
• Independent execution and documentation of internal trials and external commissioning.

Your profile:

• Successfully completed training as a process mechanic, industrial mechanic, plastics technician, or several years of professional experience in plastics processing, ideally in the extrusion field.
• Regular business trips at home and abroad are no problem for you.
• Impress us with your excellent communication skills and good English; if you speak additional languages, that would be ideal.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Knowledge of control and automation technology, e.g., Siemens S7, and network technology is required.
• You are resilient and keep a cool head even in hot phases, and your high level of commitment and flexibility distinguishes you.
• Independent, goal-oriented working style.
• As a true team player, you enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Class B driving license.
